Romik® warrants it products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This a limited
lifetime warranty for all polished stainless products and extends for 5 years from original date of purchase on
Romik® black powder coated steel products. NEW! Romik® issues a 10-year warranty for all back powder
coated Max Bars Side Steps and black powder coated Runningboard Style Side Steps from original date of
purchase. Items must be accompanied with original invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the product
finish with regular applications of a finish-compatible non-abrasive polish or wax. This warranty covers the cost of
the product only. It does NOT cover the cost of removal, installation or shipping. This warranty is void if the product
shows any signs of misuse, alteration, mishandling, neglect, improper care, improper installation or application.

Romik® Bull Bars, Grille Guards, Brush Bars, Roll Bars, Side Steps, Light Bars are designed to enhance the stylingof a vehicle only. They are not designed or intended as collision protection bumpers or to increase safety of vehicle. Romik® liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) manufactured by Romik®. The item(s) will be subjected to inspection by Romik®. Any part(s) that were, in Romik’s opinion, damaged by incorrect fitting, neglect, or improper use will NOT be replaced or repaired. Romik® reserves the right to change specifications, terms, conditions and prices of items shown in this Price sheet/Catalog without notice.
